WebRocketry is a no-code visual website builder that enables users to design, build, and publish websites. Our platform provides drag-and-drop design tools, content management, hosting, and third-party integrations.

2. Account Registration

To use WebRocketry, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WebRocketry to:

Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using WebRocketry. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.

Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain features of WebRocketry require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies are outlined on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

WebRocketry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of WebRocketry after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
